清真認證標示需顯示在產品顯而易見處，以利消費者選購。此外，清真產品命名不得模仿非法產品，以免導致消費者混淆，例如素培根、素豬肉、素火腿、素肉骨茶、素豬血糕等等。清真產品之包裝上亦不得有過度暴露之圖像，或者非法產品之圖像。
