清真認證之中心理念,是從產地到餐桌,皆要受到伊斯蘭教法之管理,不得受到非清真物質汙染,因此清真認證不僅僅是要確保終端產品不含有非法物質,更要監控製成的過程皆符合清真,確實做到與非法物質隔離,符合宗教教義以及安全衛生。
因此,即便終端產品的檢測報告顯示不含有豬隻DNA以及其他教法禁止之物質,原物料的管理依然是必要的。
The central concept of halal certification is that from the place of origin to the dining table, it must be managed by Sharia law and must not be contaminated by non-halal substances. Therefore, halal certification is not only to ensure that the end product does not contain illegal substances, but also to monitor the production process. All are halal, and are indeed separated from illegal substances, in line with religious teachings and safety and hygiene.
Therefore, even if the test report of the end product shows that it does not contain pig DNA and other substances prohibited by Shariah, the management of raw materials is still necessary.
