本會要求其受理之清真認證案件，廠房須符合政府之衛生及安全等相關規定，故產品的加工場所無工廠營業登記卡，本會恕難受理申請。

多數廠商申請清真證書主要是為了出口產品至清真市場，因此清真證書的國際效力尤為重要。其他單位之清真認證多數為協會自行發出之證書，未經馬來西亞政府和印尼政府授權和認可，缺乏國際效力，其證書的效力形同虛設，僅能在台灣地區使用，往往在出口時無法以清真產品進入清真市場，亦無法進入清真區進行參展，導致廠商花費巨資與時間申請證書，證書之國際效力卻大打折扣，失去了原本的意義。清真推廣基金會深入與廠商洽談，希望能針對廠商的問題給予妥善的解決之道，確實幫助廠商進入國際清真市場 。

清真推廣基金會Dawah Halal Foundation提供DHF清真證書、印尼BPJPH清真證書、以及馬來西亞JAKIM。以下分別說明其國際效力:

1. 清真推廣基金會Dawah Halal Foundation清真證書
清真推廣基金會積極參與國際清真組織，為「世界清真食品理事會」(World Halal Food Council) 和 「國際清真品寶聯盟」(International Halal Integrity Alliance) 等機構成員，為國際清真驗證單位相互承認，所發的證書可通行於歐美、中東等地區。

2. 印尼BPJPH清真證書
本基金會亦積極發展印尼清真市場，目前為台灣唯一獲得印尼清真認政局BPJPH認可的清真驗證機構，可以發行印尼BPJPH清真證書，其證書可通行於印尼當地與國際各國，除了馬來西亞。

3. 馬來西牙JAKIM清真證書
本基金會也與馬來西亞當地之驗證機構合作，亦獲得馬來西亞伊斯蘭發展局JAKIM認可，可以發行馬來西亞JAKIM清真證書，其證書可通行於馬來西亞當地與國際各國，除了印尼。

Most manufacturers apply for a halal certificate mainly to export their products to the halal market, so the international validity of the halal certificate is particularly important. Most of the halal certification of other units is the certificate issued by the association itself. It is not authorized and recognized by the Malaysian government and the Indonesian government, and lacks international validity. The validity of the certificate is useless and can only be used in Taiwan. In the halal market, it is also impossible to enter the halal area to participate in the exhibition. As a result, manufacturers spend a lot of money and time to apply for the certificate, but the international validity of the certificate is greatly reduced, and the original meaning is lost. The Halal Promotion Foundation has in-depth discussions with manufacturers, hoping to provide appropriate solutions to manufacturers' problems, and indeed help manufacturers enter the international halal market.

Dawah Halal Foundation, the halal promotion foundation, provides DHF halal certificate, Indonesia BPJPH halal certificate, and Malaysia JAKIM. The following is a description of their international effects:

1. Dawah Halal Foundation Halal Certificate
The Halal Promotion Foundation actively participates in international halal organizations, and is a member of organizations such as the World Halal Food Council and the International Halal Integrity Alliance, and is recognized by the international halal verification units. The certificates issued can be used in Europe, America, the Middle East and other regions.

2. Indonesia BPJPH Halal Certificate
The foundation is also actively developing the Indonesian halal market. Currently, it is the only halal verification organization in Taiwan that has been recognized by the Indonesian Halal Bureau BPJPH. It can issue the Indonesian BPJPH halal certificate.

3. Malaysia JAKIM Halal Certificate
The foundation also cooperates with local verification agencies in Malaysia, and is also recognized by JAKIM, the Islamic Development Authority of Malaysia, and can issue Malaysian JAKIM halal certificates, which can be used in local and international countries in Malaysia, except Indonesia.
